New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to offer refunds or store credit at our discretion, with the exception of warranty related requests. You can also exchange any unused item for one of our other tools. You will be responsible for shipping charges on any exchanges unless in error on our part. Defective Items

We are committed to ensuring all of our products are of high quality and will replace or refund items that we determine to be defective. In the event you believe you have a defective tool, please call us or email us at info@bitsbits.com. Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.
