If you’re not sure what to get them, but you know they want the best bits they can get, then this gift card is a great way to go!  Gift Cards can be used for anything available at Bitsbits.com. You can choose your amount and and either email the PDF card directly to yourself to print out and gift, or, you can schedule when you want the email to be sent directly to them.

Not sure what amount? Most of our spiral CNC and router bits cost about $30-50, our larger bits upwards of $100. We have beginner kits starting about $100 and run up to $350.

How will I receive my E-Gift Card?

The email address you enter above under recipient is who will receive the email and PDF file. You can print out the PDF file to hand as a gift personally or forward the email to them. You can also provide their email address in the recipient area and the date to send it, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please ensure you are using the correct email address. If for any reason you don’t receive a email confirmation after checkout, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

What can the E-Gift Card be used for?

There are no limitations on the gift card used at bitsbits.com. It can be applied to any product as well as shipping.

What if the Gift Card’s amount doesn’t match exactly what they want?

If you purchase a $100 gift card and they end up wanting $125 worth of AstraHP Coated goodness, then they can easily enter their credit card or PayPal information to pay the difference. If they don’t use the entire gift card, the remaining balance will be saved for later use.  There is no limit to how many times the gift card can be used as long as there is some value left on it.

New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to offer refunds or store credit at our discretion, with the exception of warranty related requests. You can also exchange any unused item for one of our other tools. Defective Items

We are committed to ensuring all of our products are of high quality and will replace or refund items that we determine to be defective. In the event you believe you have a defective tool, please call us or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.
