‘O’ Flute Spiral Bits for Plastics, Acrylics and Aluminum

Our spiral “O” flute tools are manufactured from solid carbide. The upcut, or right hand spiral evacuates chips quickly which avoids melting and chip welding, which is a common problem in the machining of plastic. With a low helix, O-flute cutters can cut acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, PVC and aluminum at very high chip loads without raising a burr. “O” flutes also work incredibly well in wood with effortless chip removal!
