We make every effort to ship all orders received by 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) the same day. However, due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances (i.e., local weather) your order may not ship the same day. All items are shipped from our manufacturing warehouse in Silverton, Oregon. If you absolutely need tools shipped the same day, please call us 1-800-972-7081 and we will try to accommodate you.
We ship internationally including the following countries: Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia and New Zealand. We prefer FedEx international services as they have proven deliver consistently to most countries, however, you can choose US Global Mail. Shipping costs will automatically update during checkout once you have entered your shipping address.
Please note: Your country’s Customs department may levy fees, tariffs, or taxes to you order. Please check with your country’s Customs department to inquire about any potential fees for receiving International packages. We complete appropriate paperwork, including the cost of goods sold; we are not able to mark orders as a gift or reduce the amount on customs declarations.

We prefer FedEx and US Priority mail for most of our domestic shipments.
How do I check on the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. You can also log in to your account (if you created one at checkout) and view orders.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic orders, or 10 days for international orders, please contact us at [email protected].
Out of Stock Items
Even though we have a very large number of items ready to ship, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified by e-mail if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability you may cancel your order (or just that item). If we do not hear from you in regards to that item, it will be placed on back order and we will ship you a partial order. You may choose to hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
We accept most major credit cards and Paypal for online orders. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be shipped, except for pre-orders which are clearly marked.
