General FAQ's

We ship most orders same day if placed by 2pm PST. There are some exceptions: if you're ordering an engraving tool that needs to be tipped to your specific size, we will ship on the following day. Contact us if you need something faster. 


We accept all major credit cards and PayPal thru our secure checkout process.

You can return most new, un-used items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is a result of buyer error, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide you with a prepaid return label which will be deducted from the refund.

Be sure to include a note with your reason for return and the order #. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund once processed.

We ship primarily FedEx air and ground throughout the USA, USPS for PO Box deliveries. Internationally, we ship FedEx and USPS.

As long as product hasn't been shipped, you can cancel an order by calling us at 503-873-3112 or emailing to [email protected]. We will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Yes, we ship bits and small tools to Alaska and Hawaii via FedEx and US Priority Mail. Due to the rising cost of shipping, larger tools orders including Festool are now charged a flat rate shipping fee regardless of the free shipping threshold. For example, any product in a Systainer, dust extractor, saw or guide rail will add a shipping fee.

Yes, we ship all of our cutting tools globally, using either USPS or FedEx. Most orders ship same day providing the order was placed before 2pm PST. 

Please note that there are restrictions on some products and not all products can be shipped to international destinations. Import duties, taxes and associated charges are not included in item price or shipping charge and are the buyer's responsibility.

Due to our contract terms, we can only sell Festool inside the U.S. See www.festool.com for a distributor in your country.
