Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. I’ve used a lot of different bits from this company and they hold up well. They are super sharp and hold an edge well. They have mirror polished flutes and aluminum doesn’t build up like it does on some others when using a MQL system like a unimist. I would like to see a feeds and speeds guide for their cutters. If there is one, it isn’t obvious. Also, the shanks aren’t marked with the size, so keep the bag they came in for storage
