The ‘Quarter-Round’ is designed for better chip removal. This 1/4 x 6-1/2 engraving tool works well on stainless, acrylic and profiling soft material and to cut out ADA applique.
Industry standards recommend that you use 80 degree included for engraving stainless and most metals, 60 degree included for engraving plastics.
