New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.
