This 90 Degree Replacement Tip is recommended for engraving coated materials, such as lacquered brass or anodized aluminum name tags. The 90 degree tip is also recommended for engraving fine details, such as tiny lettering, and thin materials ( < 0.020″ thick.) For general purpose engraving on uncoated metal, plastic, granite, or glass, we recommend using our 120 Degree Replacement Tip.

New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Made-to-order tools—such as custom engraving cutters—may be returned but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
