Solid carbide down cut 2 flute router bit with 3/32″ length of cut. The flutes are designed to push the chips downward and they also help with fraying and chipping on your work piece.

Speeds and Feeds

For hardwood and shell, we recommend the following starting point:

  • Spindle Speed: 24,000RPM
  • Feed rate: 8.0 IPM
  • Plunge rate: 3.0 IPM
