In my opinion, Astra Coated bits are by far the best router bits on the market. Combined with Whiteside’s reputation for quality and the superior customer service offered by Bits & Bits, you can’t go wrong. I’ve used this bit heavily since purchasing it and have cut approximately 7000 lineal feet of 3/8″ wide by 3/8″ deep grooves in MDF. There is absolutely no evidence of wear and the bit is still in brand-new condition. In addition, when I placed the order, I received an email the same day that is was already shipped. You can’t be that combination of quality and customer service! I will continue to use Bits & Bits for all my router bit needs.
