New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item).
