Cove Nose Spirals leave a flat bottom with curved edges during cutting while still providing the best shear cutting angle of their spiral counterparts. These are mainly used with small CNC’s but can be used in a router or router table. The up cut flute design pulls chips up and away from the workpiece.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful, in my opinion the astra coating lasts much longer than spectra coated bits I’ve been using.
I had one bit break almost immediately but with one phone call it was replaced no charge, again great customer service.
