Solid carbide down cut 2 flute router bit. The flutes are designed to push the chips downward and they also help with fraying and chipping on your workpiece. This tool work really well for wood and even on plastics and aluminum. The cutting tip diameter is 1/8″ and the length of cut is 5/8″. Previous part number 420-DNC125.

New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Defective Items
We are committed to ensuring all of our products are of high quality and will replace or refund items that we determine to be defective. In the event you believe you have a defective tool, please call us or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.

Over all these bits are the best out there. However, 30.00 CAD shipping AND 18.00 CAD duty fees is a little extreme.

Currently, Fedex is providing 2-3 day service into Canada at a highly discounted rate. As far as duties and fees go, we have no control over that…
