In the event you believe you have a defective tool, please call us or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.

This pair of bits are amazing. Tamar from 3×3 introduced me to these in her edgebanding videos. I bought a set to try for myself and what a great joint they make for edge banding. Super strong and super easy to do. It really beats any method I have tried so far because you get added strength, easy fit and alignment, with an easy to do method. Of course other methods will give you similar results but not with the easy set up of these bits. I highly recommend picking these up if you are doing edge band work.
