This was my first order. I ordered two of the bits because I like to have a spare on hand. The order came fairly quickly, but I was a bit disappointed because there was only 1 bit in the package. The invoice said 2 were shipped and I paid for two. I contacted them by email. The person that responded said they would ship another one as soon as possible. I give them 2-1/2 stars for initial order fulfillment, 5 stars for correcting the problem quickly, and 5 stars for the product itself. Overall, I give them 4 stars.
