New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. Beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to offer refunds or store credit at our discretion, with the exception of warranty related requests.
