This solid carbide end mill measures 1/8 x 2” with a .016 cutting tip. These end mills have an extra long flute (or cutting) length to allow deep cutting and milling, up to 2.3mm of cut.
These .016 Deep Cut Ball End Mills have a round tip used to machine curved details, also called Ball Nose End Mills, they are used for milling rounded slots, slopes, and machining 2D/3D dimensional contours with a smooth finish. Great for milling into all types of material including, wood, plastic, metal. etc. Made in the USA

New, unused in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to offer refunds or store credit at our discretion, with the exception of warranty related requests.
