Made-to-order tools such as engraving cutters with custom tip sizes are subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. Defective Items

Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.
