*Astra Coated* Whiteside RU5200CB 1/2″ Up-Cut Chip Breaker – 2″ LOC

WHITESIDE Solid carbide UpCut Chip Breaker 2 flute router bit with 2 INCH LENGTH of CUT. Each flute has small serrations to tear up the chips as the bit is cutting through the project. This bit has a feed rate in-between that of a roughing bit and a standard spiral router bit. Up cut spiral design provides the best control with hand or table routing pulling the chips up and away from the work material.

These tools are coated with a proprietary high performance *Astra coating*  that allows higher speed & feed rates as well as extended tool life & increased lubricity in abrasive material.
