In the event you believe you have a defective tool, please call us or email us at info@bitsbits.com. Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.Great piece of kit, although I'm looking forward to the day that I can buy an ER collet for the Makita.
