Defective Items
We are committed to ensuring all of our products are of high quality and will replace or refund items that we determine to be defective. In the event you believe you have a defective tool, please call us or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and as much info as you can about your setup, i.e., CNC, router, speeds and feeds, material you’re cutting, etc. In most cases of what seemed to be a defective tool, we have been able to help a customer with proper settings or techniques for efficient use.

This is a work horse of a bit. I’ve been running it on XLPE foam for a little while now and the speed that I can cut foam with this bit is much faster than I can run another other bit at. This is great for cutting out lots of pockets in foam and doing it fast. The extra reach on this is great for some of the 4″ thick inserts I am cutting.
