All of Bits & Bits engraving tools are solid micrograin carbide. For most metals, industry standards call for using a wider angle (80inc or 90inc) to give the tool strength. For softer materials like plastic, acrylic, wood, etc, the 50inc or 60inc half round is the most popular. Please specify a tip size when ordering. Tip sizes start at .003, .005 and up.
